Delivery charges will be calculated when you order is completed. The charge will
depend on the weight of the goods and the destination country for shipping. All
orders are despatched via Royal Mail, please allow 14 days for delivery. Next
day delivery can be arranged at an extra charge. Please telephone your order

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst
stocks last. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but
goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes
out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are
approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges
or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS INFORMATION
If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return items to us and we will be
pleased to replace any item or refund in full.
Please contact Customer Services to arrange return within 7 working days from
receipt of goods. Where items are simply no longer required for any reason, the
customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods, but will receive a
full refund for the order when goods are received back in good condition.
In cases of damaged, faulty or duplicated goods, you may request a returns label
and all payments will be refunded in full. Alternatively, we will be happy to
organise a replacement item for you.
